I am absolutely thrilled with my Onur experience. From the moment I walked into their showroom, met Helen and went into the yard to look at the granite choices, everything was professional and seamless. She helped me pick a remnant for my bathroom, explained everything in detail, and gave me dates for the measurement and installation.The following week the man who would measure the area called and asked if he could come early since he was nearby. Who EVER comes early?I received a followup reminder call this week.Today they were scheduled between 9-11. They arrived around 9:30 and did a nice neat clean job. A bonus was they were so nice and friendly!I absolutely love my new granite counter. Why did I wait so long to do this?Thank you Onur and Helen!

Had the pleasure of having Moe karamese as my representative while I was deciding what countertop top to go with, he was very knowledgeable, down to earth and just easy to talk to, I went with quartz and did it turn out amazing between the customer service and the install team this was one the easiest processes I dealt with during my whole home remodel… the team was great the price was great the install was great… I highly recommend Onur!!!

We were looking for Taj Mahal countertops and black splash for a few months and was recommended by a family friend to take a look at Onur. We walked into their new showroom and it was beautiful. We were pleasantly greeted by Moe Karamese, sales representative, who was very attentive showing us their selection of quartzite. He was informative without being overbearing. Once our countertops were selected. We were quickly placed on the calendar for templating and installation. Throughout the whole process he was very accessible and easy to work with. In regards to installation, countertops were placed in one days time, backsplash (aka full height) templates were completed the next day. We are very happy with the countertops, and full height as well as the customer service. Would highly recommend. Ask for Moe 😉.
